Todd Helton Had Lumbar Microdiscectomy with Dr. Robert Watkins IV

As much as I didn’t like to be left out of the game, I don’t see what else I could have done. I had this pain that would constantly bother me and, needless to say, my focus dropped. I was thinking of the pain so much that I was kind of slacking both in my personal and in my professional life. I wanted to feel like myself again, in top form, my family and my teammates deserved that.

I contacted Marina Hospital and had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Robert Watkins. The consultation went well. I told him what I thought was wrong with me, he did a bit of inspection based on that and was able to come up with a diagnosis during that meeting. I underwent surgery on my lower back, as Dr. Watkins suggested, and then I only had to follow the instructions for rehabilitation. It was a good experience. The staff at Marina Hospital is really nice too.
