Before seeing Dr. Watkins Jr., I had tremendous pain in my lower back. It was not comfortable to move or walk. It was chronic — pretty much 24/7 — so just being in my body hurt. I decided to come to Dr. Robert Watkins IV to address my chronic spine pain, and I wanted to avoid surgery if possible. The plan initially was to start with physical therapy and epidural injections.
