Dr. Watkins at Marina Hospital taught me a lot about my health and about how I should be looking after myself. For me, it took a pretty ugly back injury to get to the point of taking an active interest in remaining strong and healthy. It doesn’t have to be like that for you.

I got injured a lot. I know it’s going to keep happening, but I can say with confidence that I am proud of my ability to handle these situations now. I have been in close contact with Dr. Robert Watkins with whom I had worked before after I suffered a pretty solid injury on my back. Dr. Watkins and the staff at Marina Hospital were a tremendous help and I am very grateful to them for their support and dedication.
