Matt Hasselbeck Had Back Rehabilitation with Dr. Robert Watkins IV

My back had been bothering me for a while and it was getting so bad that I started to be benched for games. I had to draw the line at that and figure out a solution because otherwise things were obviously not going to get better in any way. I had an appointment with Dr. Watkins at Marina Hospital and he identified a herniated disc in my back.

He explained to me how this was actually the root of another issue that I had and that was a constant discomfort in my right knee. I was in pretty bad shape when I went to see Dr. Watkins so I was very grateful to leave feeling better. Dr. Watkins told me all about bulging discs and how they are a common problem for someone who does what I do professionally which really helped me relax a bit about the situation.
