Dan Marino Had Neck Consultation with Dr. Robert Watkins IV

It was great to hear that I would not need surgery, but, paranoid or not, I wanted to consult with Dr. Watkins too. I trust his medical expertise and I wanted to see if his examination told me the same things others had told me before.

The bone spur in my lower neck triggered some really painful spasms. I did not get hurt prior to it so I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I went to the Marina Spine Center where I met Dr. Watkins. He’s the best in LA. I wanted someone with his experience to see what could be done about the issue.

I heard a few other medical opinions and they said that there is no need for surgery but I just wanted to run that by Dr. Watkins too. I wanted to make sure that I was doing the absolute best that I could. Until I know anything for sure, I’ve been encouraged to take it slow and rest for a while. I need to figure out a battle plan and I trust Dr. Watkins to help me with it.
