It is a tricky position to be in, not knowing exactly how to make it work between your health and your career. On top of that, people expect a lot from you, too, so that's another thing to stress about. I'm hopeful I'll find some answers at Marina Spine Center.

I love playing football and I feel like I always gave my all in the game but I had to step back and focus on myself for a bit longer. My neck is causing me quite a bit of stress and I have not been silent about it. It stresses me out because the issue seems persistent and there are all these questions from everyone wanting to know what am I going to do in the future, and that’s tough because I don’t even know.

I need answers too, you know. I have these meetings at the Marina Spine Center with Dr. Robert Watkins, who is a well-known surgeon, and I hope to get as much information as possible from him. I’m not a quitter but my health comes first as far as I’m concerned. I’m sure I’ll come to some conclusion.
