Aaron Miller Had Back Consultation with Dr. Robert Watkins IV

I was happy to find out that my back issues were manageable. Dr. Watkins reassured me and we talked about how I would be able to minimize the risk for other injuries. You never really get used to the pain from injuries so I’m grateful for each piece of advice I got to manage it better.

It seems like I have been having back issues forever and it is really easy to become complacent. But that only works for as long as you can bear the pain and each one of us has limits. I was lucky though because I had Dr. Watkins to keep an eye on me.

He and the staff at the Marina Spine Center really know what they are doing and I couldn’t have asked for better care. The good news is that Dr. Watkins did not find any structural damage in my back. I worried that anything irreversible might have happened but it was not the case. I’m going to have to be a lot more careful to stay away from bad injuries and follow the plan that Dr. Watkins put together for rest and rehabilitation.
