What are the complications of a ruptured brain aneurysm?

A major complication of a ruptured brain aneurysm is bleeding to a greater extent, which will not seal off on its own.

This occurs usually within the initial 24 hours of a subarachnoid hemorrhage, therefore, early the treatment of aneurysm is advocated after it has ruptured and caused subarachnoid hemorrhage as death may occur in one out of eight patients before receiving medical care.
