People don't like surgeries and rehab and all that but it's not like anyone does it because they have nothing else better to do. Rehab is even worse for some because you quite literally have to sit on the bench for most things. I did my best to get through it.

I finally decided that it was time to take care of back pain so I met Dr. Watkins and he gave a diagnosis. I had a herniated disc in my back and that caused all the discomfort. Dr. Watkins patiently took me through all the options that I had and it came down to surgery. I returned to Marina Hospital and Dr. Watkins for surgery and the operation went well. After that, I had to rest and go through about 12 weeks of rehabilitation.
