Nikolai Khabibulin Had Lumbar Microdiscectomy with Dr.

It comes with doing what we love, you know. The injuries, the pain, the exhaustion. It's inevitably going to happen in some form if you have a long enough career, so it's important, I think, to have a trusted medical professional by your side.

I think that for those that are in situations like mine is harder to come to a decision about what kind of treatment to pursue if any at all. Like, I did not have a particular injury that would want to make me see a doctor, nothing had happened to me that I could pinpoint as being the reason for which I would need some in-depth medical attention. Except for the wear and tear that comes from doing what I do for years. That’s reason enough and I can see that now.

Hindsight is 20/20. Don’t live with the doubt, go have a check-up and know for sure. It’ll make your life easier. For me, I tried some injections in order to see if the discomfort would go away and it didn’t. I needed to have surgery to remove a herniated disc and the misery only stopped after I did that.
