Drs. Watkins Sr. and Jr. were both in charge of my surgery and my healing process. I feel very lucky to have had them looking out for me. Yes, it was just a herniated disc, but I needed the best hands to do the job. I had a job to do, too, you know, and I wanted to get back to it as soon as possible.

It was a very unpleasant birthday surprise, to say the least. However, I was happy to know what the issue was and I was ready to get it fixed. I learned that I had a herniated disc and that I would have to be on a professional break for about three months to address the issue properly.
I was in pain before I got the diagnosis, so as unpleasant it was to actually have it confirmed that there was something wrong with me, there was also the relief that from that moment on we would be working toward getting rid of that pain. I was informed that my surgery will be performed by Drs. Robert Watkins Sr. and Jr., which put my mind at ease because I had heard of both before. They did a terrific job and I couldn’t have asked for a better medical duo. The procedure went well and I was excited to live life and pursue my career painlessly.
