Sanjay Khurana, M.D.
Dr. Sanjay Khurana is a board certified orthopedic spine care professional, specializing in reconstructive spine surgery, spinal tumors and infections, microscopic lumbar and cervical microsurgery as well as cervical disorders. After earning his Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cellular Biology in 1993, from the University of California at Berkeley, Dr. Khurana has received his degree from Stanford University School of Medicine in 1997. There he also completed a general surgery internship and an orthopedic surgery residency. His medical formation continued with a fellowship in spinal reconstruction at the Jackson Memorial Hospital in conjunction with the University of Miami/Project to Cure Paralysis. His areas of expertise include also the evaluation and treatment of patients with multiple failed previous surgeries, spine trauma and tumors, spinal reconstruction, adult and pediatric scoliosis, cervical spine surgery and minimally invasive microsurgery. Dr. Khurana is currently a reputable member of the DISC spinal care team.
