Dr. Jae Chon specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal disorders, with a particular interest in scoliosis and minimally invasive spine surgery. After earning his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh, he went on with his orthopedic residency at the University of Southern California and a spine fellowship at Rush-St. Luke-Presbyterian Hospital. Since 1999, Dr. Jae Chon has been treating patients struggling with a wide range of spine injuries and conditions and he has also been a team physician and consultant to the Los Angeles Kings, the USC Sports, the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Los Angeles Lakers, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, the Los Angeles Sparks, and the Anaheim Mighty Ducks. He has authored 6 publications so far and lectures regularly. Dr. Jae Chon has over 25 years of professional experience and is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Before practicing in California, he had a medical license for Illinois.
