J. Scott Rosenthal, D.P.M.
Dr. J. Scott Rosenthal specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle disorders, both in adults and children. Some of the conditions he is qualified to diagnose and treat are bunions, hammertoe, ingrowing nails, pinched nerves, sports injuries, diabetic wounds, and arch and heel pain. The physician developed a special interest in the correction of the arthritic great toe joint without fusion. Practicing podiatric medicine since 1987, Dr. J. Scott Rosenthal attended California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco and completed his education at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center and Buena Park Community Hospital.
He is board-certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. J. Scott Rosenthal has held several prestigious positions, including Assistant Professor of Surgery at LAC USC medical center, where he trained podiatric surgical residents, and he is past President of the Los Angeles County Podiatric Medical Society. He currently serves as a Medical Consultant for the Board of Podiatric Medicine and remains active in California and local medical associations. The podiatrist also has a Bachelor's degree in Biology, which he earned from the University of California, Irvine.
