FREE OULA® Fitness Classes Will Have You Dancing Your Way to Good Health

Being able to live my passions of helping others, dancing, music, and giving back, is a dream come true!

We all know why cardio is good for us - it burns fat and calories, makes your heart strong, increases lung capacity, and reduces the risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

These are all compelling reasons to add cardio to your lifestyle, but let's face it, it needs to be fun to stick with it. That is exactly why Marina Del Rey Hospital is so thrilled to be offering free OULA® fitness classes to the community!

OULA is for everyone of all ages (18+) and abilities. It's a high-energy, easy to learn, calorie burning, crazy-fun dance workout to Top 40 hits. Classes are one epic hour of sweat, joy, and total inspiration! OULA is Dancemania for the Soul.

Because the focus of this workout is on "how you feel" rather than "how you look," you will experience a non-judgmental environment that is more community than competition. Instructor Christina Garcia is passionate, energetic, inspiring and motivating!  Her approach to fitness is a refreshing and healthy alternative to the traditionally, image-obsessed fitness industry. OULA participants experience transformation from the inside out and begin to embrace the philosophy that when you feel good, you look amazing.

According to Christina, "OULA is so much more than a dance fitness class, it is a mind and body experience and a form of therapy. It's not about how you look but about how you feel. You can take the class up a notch or take it down to adjust to your body. Either way, OULA is an amazing workout that nourishes the body and soul."

We invite you to join us the first Thursday of every month for OULA. It's easy to sign up on our website. We recommend you reserve your spot now, as space is limited and classes do fill up.

We proudly offer OULA and Yoga classes to the public, at no charge.  Please click here for more information.
