Dave Ball Not Completely Recovered

If we started the season today, everybody healthy, I'm not so sure if I'm being honest to myself and to this football team that Dave Ball wouldn't be starting at end.

Tennessee Titans Dave Ball said he is recovering from offseason back surgery and is making slow but steady progress. "It is a slow process," Ball said. "I asked (Dr. Robert Watkins) how long before full recovery until I am ready to go and he told me 4 months. That puts me at about May 20th so I'll have plenty of time."
