How can I know if I have prostate cancer?

Prostate cancer does not cause any pain neither does it have any other symptoms in its early stages. However, when it progresses and develops enough to cause significant tissue damage, the presence of cancer will reflect in symptoms.

Nocturnal urination, a weak urinal stream, blood in the urine are all symptoms of prostate cancer. When cancer has grown large enough to press on the spine, it makes the pain radiate to your hips, weakens the legs and causes erectile problems.
